I loved watching The Who. Everything about their half time show was great (with the exception of the glimpses of Townsend's belly.)

I didn't care for it. Pete's belly may have been the highlight. The voices certainly weren't. Its like waiting for George Foreman to crawl back in the ring one more time!

I have to agree with 84, penna.

If I had just been listening and not watching, I would have thought it was a bad cover band. Sure brought the term "dinosaur rock" to mind

light show was great tho

It sure beat the wardrobe malfunction. I enjoyed it.

I admire their moxy and they still can entertain but otherwise it wasn't all that much musically.

Everything these days is young and pretty, we should have had some of that.

Having seen them twice, once with Moon and once without (oddly, they were kinda better without Keith) they were something mid to late 70's into early 80's. Not having "the quiet one" on bass was odd. Okay show but running all the tunes together isn't a good show for any band. I agree with penna, great to see them.

Ever since the Janet Jackson fiasco, we are left with these has beens for half time shows. The Stones a few yeras ago was just plain awful as was the show last night. I would rather had heard a couple of cats fighting. Terrible. The Who were decent back in the days.

I enjoyed Springsteen. Was that one of the college bowl games or last year's Super Bowl?

Moon the Loon was a fellow fowl. I agree about missing Entwistle.

My thoughts were, how many "kids" went so that is who made the CSI theme......Never knowing who they were...
